Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above terms, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also need additional time to process and post the refund.
